Available room is on the 3rd floor and has an en-suite full private bathroom with skylight and a closet. The room currently has a queen bed, desk, and blackout curtains. Room is on the back of the house, no street noise.

Townhouse currently has 2 dogs. Both are very friendly and well behaved!

First floor has living room (couch, recliner, TV), dining room, half bath, full kitchen with island and small balcony with grill.

Townhouse has an unfinished basement available to be used for storage. It also contains a weight bench and peloton.

$1500/month + utilities (gas/heat + electric). Security deposit of 1 month’s rent due at time of signing.
