1 Room for 2-3 month Sublet May, June, July

I’m moving out and subletting my room in a 4 bedroom apartment. Roommates are three women all working or going to school.
New roommate must be female too.
Sorry, no pets allowed.

End Date: 07/31/2024

The room is 11’x9’ or 99 square feet. It includes two closets, a high ceiling and two windows that face the street. There are matching curtains on both windows. Also, can come with or without the full size bed in the picture. Bed includes the frame pictured as well as a mattress, sheets, pillows, and blanket not pictured.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, in unit washer & dryer, and small combination kitchen/living room/dining room area.

The building has an elevator. There are three small sets of steps to get from into the building and to the elevator. It is near Trains: 1, C and Buses: M3, M4, M5, M100, M101, BX6, BX6+.

Rent is $1000 per month. Will be pro-rated if you move in mid-May.
Electric is split four ways, approximately $20-$25 per month.
Wifi is split four ways, approximately $7.50 per month.
