-$20 application fee for a credit/background check

*NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY BE LIABLE FOR YOUR SHARE OF THE RENT

*All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 48k-53k minimum annual income) and have a minimum credit score of 660.

Guarantors/Co-signers are accepted if you do not meet the above requirements
(guarantors need to earn 80x rent and have a minimum credit score of 680)

Room A-$1275 good for Queen size bed
Room B-$1225 good for Queen size bed
Room C-$1325 good for Queen size bed
