This apartment has been totally renovated. This room is large about 11.5 feet x 15.5 feet, and obviously holds a ton. Room for a king size bed, dresser and nightstands. Seating area and a desk. The room already has an AC in it, so one less thing to bring. The Living Room has a Hudson river view. It will have a couch, 50 inch TV, wood entertainment stand, and a table with 4 chairs. There is a ceiling fan and AC will go in. If you have something you want to add, we can discuss. The gourmet kitchen is made for people who like to cook or bake. It has all new top of the line Stainless Steel appliances including a dishwasher. I have everything you might need, but of course there is ample cabinet space to bring your favorite things. The bathroom is beautifully tiled with a glorious shower that has a spa like feel.

But wait there's more! This room gets great light and is on a super quiet, clean street. The building is a Co-op with a beautiful marble lobby. There is a nice size elevator with a laundry room downstairs. There is a community room also down there with a kitchen, should you want to host a party. One of the other amazing features is a private garden and tremendous patio space in the back.

This is a perfect location for anyone at Columbia Medical, you can walk to work. We are close to the A, C and 1 trains. There is a Farmer's Market here on Tuesdays. Only a 10 minute walk to the GWB terminal with bus service to East Coast locations.

A little about me, I am working for a non profit with a changing schedule. I am clean, quiet and considerate, and find these traits to be very important in my housemates. I am social, but also respect peoples down time. I will be taking care of the apartment as far as cleaning. You will be responsible for your room. Electric, Wi Fi/Spectrum is extra. I will also take care of buying house supplies, and the coast is split by the housemates.

I am looking for a minimum of a 1 to 2 year commitment. The owner is requesting a 2 months security deposit, There is also a $160 application fee. No smokers please. You need a 40 x income, decent credit history. There will probably be some sort of background check, and a signed contract for your stay. Looking for a housemate preferably May 1, but there is some flexibility. Single person only.
