About Me:

I'm a forty-something gay man working in the music industry. Definitely what you'd call an "introverted extrovert." I work from home M-F, and my nights and weekends are precious to me. When I'm not out at a work event, or a concert, you can find me out with friends, imbibing, walking around Central Park (which is a quick 10 minute walk from the apartment), discovering new restaurants OR chilling at home with Netflix and some good takeout. I am clean, respectful and friendly and looking for the same in a roommate. I'm down for hanging out, catching a movie, going to a bar or cafe, but alone time is equally important.

I'm open to living with anyone who's clean, responsible, and respects our shared space. Please be queer/LGBTQIA friendly and chill. Having company over is totally fine. This apartment is great for a pre-game or low-key get together.
