Fully furnished Room right off of Central Park!

Hi there! My name is Janett and this is my apartment! I travel often for work and have this large apartment, and looking for good people who are thoughtful and clean! Beautiful apartment in Manhattan Valley, right across the street from Central Park and less than 2 blocks away from the B and C trains.

This is a fully furnished apartment, with 3 bedrooms total in the apartment and 2 bathrooms. You only share the bathroom with one other person.

Your room has a large walk in closet, a window, a standing A/c, and comfortably fits a full size bed (included).

I will be decorating and adding new furniture/decor so this is the room right now, so expect some shelves and other thing!

There is a stocked kitchen, a washer dryer, dishwasher, and a linen/coat closet.

A large living room full of plants, proper dining table and an attached kitchen make the nice and bright!

I have a fluffy cat, who is quite calm and nice, but does live in the apartment and is used to having free access to common spaces and one of the bathrooms where her litter box is. She will be moving to another place within the following months, but so you are aware :)

As your roommate, I travel often for work and am a tidy, friendly but boundaried person. The best roommate for this apartment are respectful, kind, clean and proactive, who enjoy calm homes for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation.
