I am looking for someone to replace my roommate who will be moving out. It is a one-year lease starting June 1. We are in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom walk up on UWS. The bedroom has a small closet and a window that gets a lot of natural light. The room can comfortably fit a full bed, dresser, and nightstand. It is on the 4th floor of a walk up building. Neighbors are great. I am looking for a working female in her late 20s-early 30s. I work from home 3 days a week and cook most nights. I am clean, but not obsessively so. Hoping to find someone I get along with, can get a drink with once in a while, or who is down to binge-watch shows after work. My roommate who is moving out has some furniture she is willing to sell too, if there is interest.
