Summer Room Sublet

This is a beautiful room (to yourself) in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the UWS right next to Central Park and Riverside Park. It's a steal for $1700/month (willing to negotiate for the right candidate), including a twin sized bed, nightstand, two dressers, mirror, desk/desk chair, and a spacious sized closet. I'm moving onto campus for my summer orientation job, and I'm looking for someone to sublet. The summer sublease begins April 2, 2024 (with some flexibility for an earlier start) and ends August 31, 2024 . We have a fully furnished apartment with a spacious living room, dining area, and a coveted garden (which can only be accessed by our unit). Utilities, internet, and the use of our home security system is included in the renting of this room. We live in a very nice and quiet area of the UWS that is in walking distance from two grocery stores (fairway & Trader Joe's) and 600 feet or less from the laundromat (depending on which laundromat you use). The apartment is shared with two other lovely occupants, who are young business professionals. They are clean and extremely friendly. We are simply looking for someone respectful to share the space.
