The 1,900 sq ft apartment has two bedrooms + the office, two full baths, a living room, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen with a pantry, and a front foyer. It's a beautiful place. The unglamorous laundry room is in the basement.

The 96th St 1-2-3 subway is nearby, and the location is on lovely West End Avenue, between Riverside Park and Central Park. Perfect for runners or walkers. Columbia University is a 10 minute walk away.

I'm a literary agent and writer; I work from home more days than not, but there's a lot of room here for two people. Looking for someone who's mature and stable, please!
