Hi. I am a 66-year-old gay man in the early stages of Parkinson's Disease. My partner will be away for the next two months (now through the end of May) and I would prefer not to live alone. So I am offering my spare bedroom (which comes with its own bathroom) for $300 a month to someone who will do small errands and chores -- things like taking out the garbage (really easy), loading and unloading the dishwasher, etc., for up to 30 minutes per day -- and who will check in with me every morning and evening. I don't need any personal care. If you answer this ad please say why you are the right person for this situation. Thanks. P. S. Because this is rental is only for a few months and the apartment is fully furnished, I prefer someone who doesn't plan to bring a lot of stuff.
