Spend a month feeling right at home in this two-floor duplex, complete with a giant living room with exposed brick wall, full bath, and kitchen on the top floor. The true asset of the apartment lies in its lower level which features a massive thirteen by twenty foot private studio space.

Guest will have the entire bottom floor to themselves. This space contains a private half bathroom (guests may shower in upstairs bathroom), a large walk-in closet, and private access from the main building door. Also included is a queen-sized pillow top mattress and frame, your own oversized love-seat leather couch, small bookshelf and nightstand, a two desk workspaces, and plenty of space for your traveling belongings.

The apartment features hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. Living room access includes giant flat-screen TV fully stocked with Netflix, AppleTV, and HBOGo. The kitchen includes a large dishwasher, stove, and microwave, should guests decide to enjoy a home cooked meal or grab a quick bite to eat before strolling Central Park or catching a show on Broadway.

The apartment is located in a beautiful, safe, neighborhood in the central hub of the Upper West Side, near tons of great restaurants, nightlife, markets, and only one block to Central Park. There is a New York Sports Club just a few doors down on our block, which guests can purchase day-passes to, should they wish to work out. There is a Starbucks right across the street, so what better way to start the day than by grabbing a cup of coffee right on your way out!

Commuting couldn't be easier, as the apartment is conveniently located between two of the most popular subway stations. The 1, 2, and 3 train line is a three minute walk away, while the C and B trains are even closer. You'll make it to Midtown in mere minutes!

I ask that you be respectful and clean up after yourself; no outside guests and no smoking in the apartment, please. I respectfully request that you do not bring food downstairs as we do not want to run the risk of attracting pests.
Dogs are welcome, unfortunately I cannot accommodate cats due to allergies.
