Hello! My name is Daria, and I'm looking for a roommate to join the lease for my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in the UES. The move-in date is August 1, 2024 for a 1 year term. The room has two windows, a closet, and will come unfurnished.

-Great subway access: 4/5/6 (6 minute walk) and Q trains (2 min walk)
-Elevator! We're on the 3rd floor
-There's a laundromat 2 minute walk away!
-Fairway and Whole Foods within 5 minutes walk
-12 minute walk to Central Park

A little about me: I'm 24 years old, working in marketing at a tech company (work from home 3 days/week). I love to cook Iranian food and explore NYC. I tend to be pretty chill at home and like to keep the space clean and quiet. Looking for a roommate who also wants a clean, quiet, and mutually respectful home.

Costs:
Rent: $1850 per month
Utility costs: wifi is around $30 per person and con-ed (electric + gas) around $30-50 per person; heat and water is included.
Please note that there's a fee from the realty company of $400 to add your name to the lease and application fee of $20.
The security deposit is half the rent: $1712.
