Looking for roommate for Lux UES apt

Hi everyone! My friend (22M) and I (21F) are looking for a third roommate to join our lease for a Luxury flex 3-bed apartment in the Upper East Side ( 95th between 2nd & 3rd Ave) starting May 1st or 10th, depending on the floor plan.

I have attached two of the floor plans we are considering, for both we are looking for someone to fill room 2 in either of the floor plans. My roommate and I are in our 20s and will be graduating from NYU this May. Before messaging please make sure you are comfortable living with a male roommate.
