Beautiful UES prewar apartment

I am a professional musician and home only 50% of the time. I’m often gone for weeks at a time. The room is part of the main living area but is private by using floor to ceiling blackout curtains. The bedroom will be available to the tenant while I travel. The apartment is well decorated and has a beautiful cat. There’s in building laundry, an elevator and very quiet building. My preference is for someone in the arts that keeps a later schedule so we don’t disturb each other. The bathroom features a tub and bidet. The space is 700 square feet, all utilities included.
