Tribeca Apt - $2,500 - Large Bedroom

Hello! I am looking to assign my lease, which has 4.5 months remaining (from mid March to end of July). The 679 sq/ft apartment is a 1 bed, 1 bath located in Tribeca. This is a luxury building with 24/7 doormen and incredible building management staff. I live here with 1 fantastic roommate (male) who lives in the flexed bedroom. Virtually all subway lines (4/5/6, A/C/E, 1/2/3, R/W, J/Z, N/Q/R/W) are within a 1-5 min walking distance.

The room you’d be taking over is the proper bedroom, large at 11’x16’ (not including 2 built in full-sized closets). As seen by the photos, this room can sustain a large desk, small couch, and queen- or king-sized bed. Laundry is in building. My portion of monthly rent is $2,500 + ~$100 for utilities / WiFi. I will pay for the whole month of March; earliest move-in possible is March 15th. Opportunity to resign with the existing roommate exists following the end of the current lease in July.

If you need furniture, we can negotiate something! I am looking to probably get rid of all of it anyway.
