I will be traveling, so this fully-furnished room in Midtown is available for a sublet the whole month of May! I have two great roommates, and a shared kitchen and bathroom. Our apartment is in Herald Towers, a Luxury Building in the central location of Herald Square, 34th st. In the building, we have a lounge, terrace, rooftop, and gym, all of which you will have access to with my resident card. There is a concierge, a package room, and laundry in the building.
I will still have some of my things here, but I'm asking for $1,500 (including utilities) for the month, which is a bit less than what I pay. I will pay the building (and my roommates for my portion of the electric and internet bills), so all you will have to do is pay me via Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp for this short-term sublet.
