Large room available in roomy, bright apartment

Hello! I am looking for a roommate for a private room in my 2-bedroom apartment on 135/Bway. The room is available on May 1st. The building is right near the 1 train at 137th Street and there are 2 grocery stores, one across the street, and one is 2 blocks away. Riverside Park is a block away and is absolutely beautiful during this time of year. The apartment is on the 15th floor of the building and has direct sunlight in the morning and indirect in the afternoon. The room is 11x12 and has a closet. There is a big common area, and the apartment is furnished except for the available room. The building also has laundry in the building, a package room, and 24-hour security. I'm a 39-year-old gay man and a pretty solid roommate. I'm a senior recovery coach at a treatment center in Chelsea. I'm always doing something after work so I tend to be out most of the day but there are days when I can certainly be a couch potato. I am sober for almost 5 years and don't need you to be but would prefer a calm and peaceful home environment. I'm not a cleaning nazi but I'm up for a visit from a cleaning lady and some upkeep on our part. We would both be on the lease and there is a standard approval process including application, credit check, tax return, bank statements, and paystubs. The floor in the available room is being repaired this week so it will be fixed before move-in. Video of the apartment is available as well!
