Spacious Apartment on the UWS

I currently live with one roommate, who will not be renewing the lease starting August 1st. Most of the apartment is furnished, but your room is your responsibility. I am a clean, organized person and respect my privacy along with yours! This area is my favorite to live in. I’m a 2 minute walk to the 1 train, 15 minute walk to the B/C train and 10 minute walk to the 2/3 train. The building itself is quiet and the super here is spectacular. I’ve lived here for two years and never had an issue with anything. Water and heat is included in rent. We have a dishwasher but I’m trying to get the super to switch it to a washer/dryer combo. Both rooms in the unit are the same size and have the same size closet. I easily fit my bed, dresser, and desk in the room.
