Spacious room in UWS apartment

TV is yours if you like!

Large room (~130 sq ft) available 1 April. Can easily fit a full or queen sized bed, a desk/work area, dresser, shelves and more. I can leave a wall-mounted TV and/or a mini fridge behind if you want it. Quiet and peaceful for WFH days and a very short walk from trains and buses off 96th Street for commuting.

It's a great location, around 5 mins away from Target, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods etc. on Columbus Avenue. Two blocks away from Central Park on the east and Riverside Park on the west.

We're in a shared second floor apartment with five rooms in total, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a large living room. The building has a responsive live-in super and a part-time doorman (4pm to midnight). No application required, and the current lease and rent are valid till September 2025.

Current roommates are all women, and we like to keep our place clean, tidy and homey. New roommate preferences are for women in late 20s-30s, must be responsible/considerate with use of shared spaces. We're looking for someone to stay long term (at least a year).
