Huge 1-bedroom in LES available with for sublet with a private en-suite bathroom and tons of natural light! I'm only subletting because I am moving in with my partner before graduate school. We are looking for a clean, friendly roommate (ideally female) to backfill my room. The three other roommates are 28, extremely clean, and friends from college.

With its large size, the bedroom truly feels like a private 1-bed apartment that is large enough for standing desk, dresser, multiple bookshelves, and more. Along with its own bathroom, it also has a double door walk-in closet.

As part of an entire floor apartment, there is a shared common space of a large kitchen with an cooking island, dining space, and living room (holiday decorations are only up because we had a holiday party).
