Hello people of NYC!! I'm looking to fill the other bedroom in my 2bd 1ba apt in the Upper East Side! E 69th St and 1st Ave. My current roommate is leaving to move in with her boyfriend, and the apartment is too good of a steal to let go of.

Rent $1900 includes (w/ 1mo deposit to landlord):

Queen sized bedroom
- It's the first bedroom you see in the video. We're on the first floor in the Lenox Hill area in a quiet building, with the only foot traffic being mostly hospital employees.
- Currently fits a queen sized bed, full dresser, desk, mirror, mounted tv, and has a huge closet with built in lights.

Shared Amenities:
- In unit laundry
- Shared full bathroom
- Dishwasher
- Full sized living room and eating area
- Private outdoor space (It's off my bedroom, the second in the video. But the space is ours to always share and hang out on! Great spring/summer vibes for a glass of wine.)

A little about the apartment:
Like I said, first floor! Super easy to move into and no 5 floor walk up. The Lenox Hill area is super friendly and a majority of the people you'll see walking by the building are hospital employees on their way to/from work. There are a ton of restaurants/coffee shops on the block (a Starbucks and pizza place right across the street). Our neighbors are super friendly, and we often all get together in the back for a drink or two when the weather allows. We've got a live-in super who is AMAZING and usually comes to help same day if he can!! Super well maintained building and pet friendly.

We can definitely plan redecorating but majority of what you see in the living room/kitchen will be here for your move in! The bedroom will be entirely yours to furnish/decorate. We will split Spectrum/Coned.

A little about me:
I'm 25 and work in marketing! I've been in the city about 3 years now and am currently working from home for a soccer organization with my desk set up in my room, so I'm usually in here working or out and about. I love going out with friends for drinks/coffee/walks when I can and would love a roommate who wants to come along! Important to note I have a 4 month old Morkie named Duckie (you can see him in a few of the pics) who will be living in the apartment with us. He'll grow to about 10 lbs, max, usually hangs in my room while I'm working and is super friendly/loves to meet new people!! We're open to other pets who would be friendly as well.
