Hey guys, I'm a gay healthy living Asian gym-goer CGI professional living in a HUGE 1B1B on 47 floor. The room for rent is a spacious room within a 1B1B with a door, a high ceiling and ceiling to floor windows. The room can see the whole downtown region, two rivers as well as JC city and BK. Sleeping in and waking up in this view is absolutely amazing!!! The building itself is at 31st/6av which is right by Korean town, Herald Square station, Penn station and many more. Walking distance to Whole Foods, EQX and connections to basically anywhere in the city. Your room includes a big closet fitting at least 12 slots of suitcases, AC unit cooling/heat, giant high ceiling windows and space for a desk, a couch and a queen size bed.

$2500 for an amazing view and a big space for the said above is better than a 3K studio! Shared bathroom, kitchen(with shared cabinets) and washer& dryer are included within the converted 1B1B. Even more there is a shoe closet by the door. You will certainly have more space than a studio of $2500.

Doorman, delivery management, elevators and other luxury apartments amenities are included. 24 hours hot water and gas. There's a decent gym in the building but it has an annual fee.

Personally I'm clean, neat, heathy and quiet. I cook. I have a lovely cat who will do anything for treats. Sometimes I will have guests over and you're welcome to have yours too. Please free to contact me if any questions. My biggest no-no would be unable to pay due rent. My only requirement is being able to pay rent on time 100%.

I'm open to signing a new lease with a roommate in April 1. My current lease expires in March. I'm also open to short-term rent for 6 months+.
