Female(23-28) Roommate Wanted

My old roommate got engaged and moved in with her fiancé, so we are looking for someone who wants to take her spot. This would be a sublease with the possibility of renewal when the lease turns over in October. 2 minute walk to the 6 train.

This room has a full private bath! Full-sized bed with frame and headboard is free, or can be removed before move-in.

The apartment is a duplex with full separation of both bedrooms, large kitchen and living room, dishwasher, and a small balcony. Elevator building, laundry in basement, air conditioning and heating. I also have a small dog (absolute angel).

My only requirement is that you must be willing to keep the kitchen and shared living spaces clean; regular vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, no dirty dishes left in the sink overnight, and all messes cleaned up before bed. If you do not respect this, I will charge an extra $300/month to cover the cost of cleaners.
