I’m Henry, 27 yrs old and originally from the UK, I am a working professional in tech/finance and would say I am outgoing, sociable and clean - so ideally would be looking for a similar flat mates (currently there are 2 rooms becoming available in our apartment, one in august as one of my roommates is moving back to the UK and the other is TBD but she may be moving back to Germany)

The apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom with a balcony. The apartment is fully furnished, with >$2,500 spent on an automatic vacuum machine, dining room table, couch and kitchen items, so this apartment is ready to go for any tenant to move into. The bedroom can come furnished with furniture or completely empty – up to you.

- Gym open from 5am to midnight (empty most of the time)
- 24 hr Doorman / Concierge and parcel room for all deliveries
- Balcony with view down 2nd Ave and of Empire State (with furniture)
