1BD + 1Flex + 1Bath Apt w/ Doorman in Murray Hill

Hi there,

My husband and I are moving and are looking for someone to take over our lease through to April 10, 2024.

What is the apt like?
This is a true one bedroom apartment, where we have put up a full wall to create a flex space that can be used as a second bedroom or an office / gym.

How big is the flex room?
The flex room can easily fit a queen-sized bed, an IKEA-type MALM 6-drawer dresser and a small desk.
Note: in the pictures enclosed, you will see that we are currently using the flex room as an office / gym.

What is the building like?
The building is amazing. I have been at the building for over 2.5yrs (we are moving due to job relocation) and we love it. The building has a gym (cardio room, weights room, yoga / stretch room, sauna and an INDOOR pool), rooftop terrace and common space. The building also has a bike room.
The building is also great at holiday decorations; it truly puts you in festive mood.

What is the building staff like?
The building staff is very friendly; they are quick to respond in case a light bulb burns out or anything else happens in the apartment.

What is the area around the building like?
The building sits between 3rd Ave and Lexington Ave.
-- Supermarkets: TRADER JOE'S (<1min away), Fairway (<5min away), Target (<10min away)
-- Movie theatre: AMC theatre <5min away
-- Subway: the 6 train station is <5min away
-- Bikes: Citi bike station in front of the building, so <1min away

What is the lease carryover process?
Once you decide to proceed, we will be in touch with our building management team to process the lease carryover.

Why is April 2024 the maximum date?
This is when our current lease expires. Approximately 1-2 months before the lease expires you would be asked if you would like to renew, which you are welcome to do if you want to stay.

Does the furniture come with the place?
We would be happy to leave the sofa, which is a sofa bed (turns into a full bed) and the TV station for your use for free.
