30 street next to NYU/Bellevue hospital Sunny bedroom available in bedroom apt in 24hr doorman building with new laundry machines . The apartment has 3 deep closets space and lots of wall cabinet/ wall shelve cube for shoes /books / food storage.
Apartment has new fridge and new microwave installed recently. Kitchen has dishwasher and electric range hood . TV set with Roku in each room and living room. ( I am currently travelling in Argentina but will be back on April 30 and if anyone interested in the room like to text me at my cell and I can reply with more photo and information or put you in touch with the future roommate )

The other tenant is looking to move to queens to save some money and asking if she can renew for only 3 months but I will like to find my tenant a new roommate for a year rental !

The roommate that is renewing for 5 th year is very clean and easy going young korean working professional nurse in the hospital next to this building . She works from 5pm to 8am and usually sleep till 3 or 4pm and doesn’t cook much ! She gets along with male or female roommates that I (the landlady) has found her in last 4 years as long as someone that is clean , non smoker, and has respect for each other privacy. Preferable a roommate in similar age group in the twenty’s to early thirty. Student / young working professional are welcome, NO smoker and not someone that will bring party home!

Rent is $1875 plus half share of electric bill per month (with roommate) for 1 year lease. Short term rental price will be higher due to NYC tax department mandate transit rental tax.

The Sunny bedroom that will be available from jun 1 has 2 windows facing east, a full size storage bed that fits couple small /medium suitcase under the bed. A set of Elfa system bookshelve/wall desk system. air conditioner and heating system in the bedroom plus a set of 32 inches TV with Roku. There are 2 closets in living room plus half of the bathroom wall storage cube shelves / hallway bookshelves and food storage cabinet near kitchen available for tenant that take this room to use . The bedroom doors here are made of steel and double glass with blind in mini blind on the doors so they are soundproof from the living room.

The living room also has a set of 32 inches TV facing the sofa. A famous Italian import dinning table /coffee table from Caligaris, the table can be lifted up with one botton to use as dinning table and also expand /open up to seat upto 6 people .

The kitchen also fully equipped with dishwasher/ microwave / toaster / stove and oven/ electric vent / dishes , pots and Pans.

The cleaning lady come clean the apartment twice a month and high speed internet + netflix TV service is provided on the TV set in each bedroom and living room.
