HUGE bedroom available in 3bed in hell's kitchen!

My roommate and I (22 and 21, m and f) are renting out a room in our 2/3flex bed 2bath in Hell’s Kitchen. On 41st street and 10th ave, the apartment is in a super cute area a few blocks from the west river, a target, and tons of Hell’s Kitchen's restaurants and bars. The building is GORGEOUS and super spacious; we have a gym, a half basketball/pickleball court, a theatre room, multiple indoor wifi lounges for residents and management, tons of outdoor space and terraces, and laundry on 3rd floor.
The unit itself is a luxury 40th floor 1200 sq. ft. apartment with wraparound windows (with views of the Empire State and the west river, see pictures), as well as an in-line kitchen that looks out into the living room. The bedroom up for rent is the master bed, with an attached large bathroom and a very large closet priced at 2,250. The other two of us share the other bedroom as well as part of the living room and den spaces, as the unit is a 3bed flex. The price is split pretty even so we would make due with what we’ve got whilst still trying to have a usable and non-crowded living room.

About us: We are both full-time NYU students and enjoy relaxed indoor spaces, we’re coming from an apartment in Flatiron and would appreciate an apartment that stays clean and tidy (the majority of the time, no worries). Maria has a hamster, but any other pets are also welcome in the building or in the unit, just let us know beforehand so we can screen for any safety concerns for the little guy. We’re friendly, we’re both musicians and art enjoyers, and I trains martial arts as well. We would likely be out of the unit some if not most of the day in the summer/fall terms for classes, but other than that would classify ourselves night owls. We value privacy and relaxed environments in our home, and we like ppl who are chill.

Amenities have a fee for all-included access priced at $45 monthly, but we'd both pay it comfortably and find it to be a MASSIVE upgrade not to mention greatly discounted even just for gym prices in the area outside of building.

Unit is rent-stabilized, and has option for renewal
