Three roommates looking for a fourth to join in a spacious apartment in Hell’s Kitchen on West 51st St!

The apartment is close to loads of subway lines (1 min to C and E, 6 mins to A, B, D and 1). The surrounding area is packed with amenities, including the HK bars and restaurants, midtown stores, plenty of gyms (Crunch, TMPL), smaller grocery shops and we are within walking distance of a Whole Foods and a Target.

The apartment has a very large kitchen/diner, which was renovated just prior to us moving in. There is also a spacious living room, with an in-unit washer-drier and extra communal storage space. This is a ground floor apartment in a walk up.

The room comes with a large window and a built in closet. It looks out onto an internal alleyway, so it doesn’t get loads of light but plenty of fresh air. Since it is an internal room, it is nice and quiet and you don’t hear any noise from the street.

We are all in our mid-late twenties and we are 1 male and two non-binary people. One works on-site M-F and the others work hybrid but mostly WFH M-F. Being LGBTQ+ or at least LGBTQ+-friendly is a must and a bonus. We also have a black cat named Ziggy who is very sociable but will also leave you be.
