Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to join our new lease for 1 year starting April 1st(earlier move in can be negotiated). You will have the actual bedroom in a 2b2b flex3 apartment (room is unfurnished unless you want to purchase any furniture from me)

• Rent is $2,250 (excluding wifi and electricity). We need to apply by the end of the month to secure the renewal offer

You will be sharing the apartment with 2 great female roommates who are in their mid-20s. I work as a data analyst in tech and she is a sustainability consultant. We work from home most of the time but we like to explore the cities during the weekends. We are clean, fun, and easy going and we are looking for a roommate who we can have fun with and is respectful, tidy, and easy to communicate with!
