Sunny room in a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment

My roommate and I are looking for a person to move into the 3rd bedroom in our spacious and brightly-lit 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in West Harlem close to the 1 and ABCD.

The room comes with hardwood floors, a good-sized closet and a wide window that lets in a lot of air and sunshine. It is large enough to fit a twin-size bed, a desk, and a dresser, with room to spare. You would share the bathroom with one other person.

The apartment has high ceilings with a furnished and generous-sized living room. The kitchen comes with a built-in microwave, dishwasher, fridge, breakfast bar, and lots of counter space.

The building is well-maintained with an on-site super and porter. It has an elevator. The laundry room in the basement was renovated last year and has new app-operated machines. There's bike storage in the basement. Trash chutes on every floor. The neighbors are quiet and lovely. We live on the top floor.

We are two women in our mid-20s and 30s and we both work in creative industries. We are both tidy, easygoing, and dependable individuals who clean up after ourselves and are mindful of our roommates’ needs. We are looking for another woman with similar temperament in her 20s or 30s. The building does not allow pets.

Rent is $1,200 a month. We split utilities (WIFI and electricity) three ways. Lease is for 12 months and starts May 1.
