Room in Harlem

Room for rent in a Harlem townhouse. We live in Apt 1 which includes a total of 3 floors.

Your room- will be on the middle floor and you will have a shared bathroom with one other person. Your room leads to the backyard. There are very few occasions that we would need to pass through your room to access the backyard. If you are a smoker, this is a great option for you. The room is 12 ft by 8ft at its longest dimensions. There is some brand new furniture which can be included for you free of charge if you decide to keep it.

Amenities- The top floor includes all the amenity spaces and is very large (see pics). There is a storage space in the basement. There is an additional guest bathroom upstairs as well. There is a washer and dryer outside your room. There are multiple entrances to the apartment. Move in will be quick and easy and we can help you.

Roommates- We are three gentlemen open to living with any clean trustworthy soul. Two of us are professionals and one of us is a student. You would share the bathroom with the student.

Rent- The total cost per month is 1,100. This includes rent, wifi and utilities.
