The room

Month-to-month 1 BR opening up on May 1st in a very special Central Harlem 2BR! PM to learn more.

I'm looking for someone to move into my room. I've lived in this apartment for seven years, but work and family are pulling me to the west coast. I've never had a better living situation than this apartment.

The room:
- Queen-size bedroom
- Two windows, lots of light
- Sliding-door closet
- A. C.
- Option to purchase: double mattress, metal bed frame, white armoire, Ikea white desk with drawers, Ikea white side table

The apartment:
- 1 story walk-up
- Large furnished living room
- Accessible fire escape that's more like a deck
- Cat-friendly
- 420-friendly
- Very close to the B/C train and St. Nicholas Park
- 2 blocks from Walgreens and grocery stores
- Lots of delicious food nearby (right above a really good Mexican restaurant)

Who you'll be living with:

J: 33-year-old white, queer/enby person. Works a full-time job as an inpatient psychologist. Trauma informed and sensitive towards others' triggers. Mostly cooks at home, no dietary restrictions. Enjoys adventures, picnics, drawing, YouTube, and silly high jinks. In her self-described ~healing~ phase.

Niles: Cat (but we don't know his age for sure, perhaps between 6 and 8). He's curious, observant, and will keep a distance before turning into a cuddle bug (but only if invited to be). He loves eating wet food and asking for wet food and thinking that every time Jayne walks in the door she brought him back wet food. Will sometimes sit across from you and stare at you intensely from a distance.
