I live in my 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms apartment with my daughters who live with me second half of the week and weekend. I am looking for somebody to rent one of the bedroom on Mondays and Tuesdays only. The apartment is furnished. We will share the common areas, kitchen and living room. There are two bathrooms in the apartment so we can dedicate a bathroom to each of us. Rental price is $150/night for a single person.
The apartment is well located, 2 steps from the subway station 116th on the 2/3 line (Red). Very close to central Park, Morningside Park and Columbia university. The apartment is clean and (Almost) always in good order so I hope to find somebody with the same need on this.
