This renovated building has the modern amenities you’ll need without losing the quaint touch of a historic Harlem walk-up, including wood floors and exposed brick walls.
LOCATION
This space is in the homey neighborhood of Harlem, giving you easy access to the entirety of Manhattan. The Upper Manhattan House is a 5-minute walk from two 135 St subway stations, which are served by the 2,3, A, B and C lines. You can easily access all New York City has to offer.
The neighborhood features a nearby YMCA, the sprawling St. Nicholas Park and eclectic cuisine ranging from West African dining to French food.
THE SPACE
The house is a renovated building with updated appliances, hardwood floors, large windows and historic details. The Upper Manhattan House has three units altogether, each with private bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a spacious living area as you enter the apartment. All of the common areas are massive in comparison to your average New York City apartment.
This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up.
THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE
We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable for all of our members in any room of the house. For the furniture we used only the best suppliers and materials, from real wooden surfaces to sleek countertops.
We’ve thought of all the little things you need to feel right at home upon arrival.
BEDROOMS
All of the bedrooms in the Upper Manhattan House are private and feature full-sized beds,
Amenities: full-size memory-foam mattresses, pillows, shelving, hooks and closets/organizational tools.
Services: Bedding is available for an additional fee.
THE KITCHENS/DINING ROOM
In these apartments, the kitchen and dining room are the first rooms you enter. These spaces are used for cooking up dinner and relaxing in the evening over a glass of wine.
Amenities include electric stoves, stainless-steel fridges, microwaves, large sinks, coffee makers, blenders, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards and anything else you would need in a kitchen.
Also included: paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
Security: 24/7 security in common areas.
THE (CO)LIVING ROOM
The living room is the center of each apartment in the Upper Manhattan House, with couches, flatscreen TVs and a table for working or eating. Whether you’re cooking with your roommates or watching the latest Netflix series, the shared spaces in these units are equipped with everything you need.

Tech: Google Chromecast.
