Looking for roommates to sign lease!

Hi all!
I’m looking for two people to sign a lease with me for an apartment in Hamilton Heights!

The best parts about this apartment are that it’s big, newly renovated, and has white marble finishes. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment and plenty of storage. Ideally the people who would sign on identify as women, are very clean, kind, responsible, who treat their home like a sanctuary, and appreciate stylish interior decor.

-May 1st move-in

-Total rent is $3750. By room, the cost is $1200 or $1225, depending on the room you’d like to rent

-Need first month’s rent + security deposit + broker’s fee before signing the lease. The security deposit is equivalent to one month of rent and the broker’s fee is $1250 each.

-Photo ID

-Last 2 Bank Statements (Name and balance clearly visible)

-Letter of Employment (With salary/position on company letterhead)

-Last Tax Return (First Two Pages of 1040)

-Last 2 Paystubs

-Application, which includes $20 to run a credit and background check
