The apt is very close to the subway. Nice and safe area. We live two blocks from Harlem River and Riverside Bank Park which I love. It has a swimming pool, ice skating/rollerblading rink, yoga and boxing classes and a community garden.

- Someone who is VERY clean and tidy in common areas. We have a rule that we clean our dishes right away so that the kitchen is always nice and usable for everyone.
