Looking for dog lovers, affordable room

PLEASE READ ENTIRELY!
My partner and I are seeking a dog nanny, and in return will offer an affordable room. We have an upcoming period where we will both be extremely busy. We have two dogs we love, one young and one old. We had been using dog walkers but have decided we want a nanny. We are looking for someone who is a DOG LOVER, must have experience with dogs, who would walk the younger dog twice daily and take to the dog park (2 hours time commitment per day) and possibly feed/take out dogs once a week when my partner is in the office. In exchange, the person would receive an extremely low rent for the space being provided. The person would need to be available during the hours of 8 to 5, meaning they must work from home or in evenings, or take classes remotely or in evening.

Our apartment is very large, not just by NYC standards. 5 min walk to the 1 train, 10 min walk to the ABCD (both at 145th st). The room would easily fit a king bed and desk (currently furnished with full size bed as show in photo). There are two living rooms, a formal and one where my husband offices out of. We have a fairly large kitchen with three fridges and most cooking supplies including waffle maker, ice cream maker, slow cooker, rice cooker, pots/pans, large cooking bowls/dishes/utensils, etc. Laundry is not in the building, but in our sister building next door.

Ideally we would like an undergraduate or graduate student as this would be ideal. We are open and if it works during this busy time which lasts till May, we would be open to extending.
