The spacious room has a private door with lock and is fully furnished with a full-size bed, work desk, chair, dresser, and spacious closet. It will be available starting April 1, 2024. Sublet until August 31, 2024 with option to renew for another year after..
NOTE: We experience loud music/bass from outside on the weekend nights (Friday thru Sunday). Ideally, you fit one of three traits:
1. You work a job from Friday thru Sunday where you do not get off work till 3 AM. Hospital shift/bar/restaurant/club/etc.
OR
2. You can literally sleep through ALMOST ANYTHING.

3. You spend the weekends at a significant others' place.
