Nice furnished private rooms for rent in a secure building in Hamilton Heights, Uptown Manhattan. We furnished the rooms as they are our own. Each room has a window and is furnished with a full-size bed, closet, desk, chair, floor/reading lamp, cable, air conditioner, and its own flat-screen TV. The apartment has Turbo fast WIFI. You'll have full access to the kitchen and all appliances and utensils, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster/oven, and lots of cabinet space. The building has an elevator.

The neighborhood has it all: KFC, Taco Bell, Dunkin Donuts, Dominos Pizza, and the subway are all less than 5 minutes walk. The grocery store is on the next block. There is a gym 5 blocks away and many local shops and boutiques where you can find anything you need. Riverside Drive is one block away, you can run, walk, or just enjoy the view of the Hudson River. Easy commute to major areas in New York City. We are close to 3 subways 145, 157, and 155. Take the 1 train for less than 30 minutes to Times Square or Midtown West, and 14 minutes to Columbia University. City College is within walking distance.

We are two females, normal, mature, responsible, and respect others' privacy and we are looking for the same in our future roommate. We like the apartment to be peaceful, so no guests are allowed and of course, no parties. Please no smoking or drinking in the apartment and be drug-free. This is an all-female apartment and male guests are not allowed. We ask for the first month's rent and a refundable 1-month security deposit. Minimum 2-month notice. Utilities are included (gas, electric, water, heat, cable TV & Internet) but we expect you to be mindful especially when it comes to electricity.
