anyone looking for a short term share for approximately 6 weeks?...my current roommate had to go out of the country until the end of May...room is available immediately
I'm looking for a person to share my furnished 2 bedroom apt in the Kips Bay/Murray Hill area of Manhattan...2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen...WiFi, laundry room in building...clean place and safe neighborhood
I rent out both bedrooms and sleep in the living room area...the place is large and the bedrooms are as well so space is not an issue
Me: I'm a M/Indian nationality (born in NYC)/42...I'm currently not working and yes I am enjoying my non-employment...other than that I'm laid back, easy-going and easy to live with
You: M or F is fine...any ethnicity, creed, color...non-smokers preferred...no pets...be responsible, fairly clean and a decent person above all else...couples OK
rent is $1300/month including utilities...you are welcome to stop by and look at the place anytime...Thanks
