Room has both a large closet and large window, and has been freshly painted. It is furnished but we can move out whatever you don't need. It has an air conditioner, full sized bed, and dresser. The apartment has a nice sized furnished living room including a 65” 4k TV with Apple TV, Netflix, HBO, Showtime etc, and surround sound stereo. Kitchen is big and is fully stocked with a new oven, AC, Fridge. Bathroom has been freshly painted and has a new Bidet toilet seat. $1950 includes cable and super fast wireless internet (475 mbps) Laundry available across the street. Electricity is extra and is $50 a month. Flexible about length of stay, months notice needed on the 1st of the month. No pets. Gramercy is a great area!
