Our roommate just moved in with his girlfriend and we decided to renew our lease with the hopes of filling his room (signed 12-month lease starting April 1). Looking to fill the room for the remaining length of the lease.

About the apartment/room:

You will have your own personal bathroom

Dishwasher and IN-UNIT WASHER/DRYER

Shared walk-in closet and an additional spare room for storage but you probably won't need it as the room is very large

Vibrant space with a lot of natural light (especially the room available, since it is a corner room)

Very spacious 14’ ceilings

Directly above the 2/3 train and just steps away from Fulton Center

Previous roommate built an addition to separate work (full-time WFH) and about halfway through the lease decided to open up the space underneath and relocate his bed up top…both super viable options

Huge living room with a pool table that converts to a dining room table and ping pong table, 2 TVs, surround sound speakers, wall full of plants, espresso/coffee/bar nook, waterfall, and vibrant artwork

This is a 5-bedroom unit with 3 rooms currently occupied and we’re looking to fill one of the rooms and leave the other room as a shared storage/spare room if you ever have friends or family in town

About the roommates:

3 guys who grew up in upstate New York (25M, 26M, 26M)

We all work in Tech or Finance and in office most of the week (typically working pretty late so not partying late at night or in the way)

Enjoy soccer, basketball, travel, and cooking. Open to English or Spanish speakers (all native-English speakers)
