This 2nd floor unit has a great sized living area and lots of natural light. It is just a 5-minute walk to Union Square and a 3-minute walk to the closest subway.
Move-in can be any time from now through to July 1st, as currently, I’m subletting the room out on a month-to-month basis, and then I am looking to renew a year's lease with a roommate starting July 1st.
The common spaces are already furnished and decorated, and the neighborhood is very accessible and filled with great cafes, shops, bars, and restaurants.
A bit about me: I’m 27. I’ve been living in the city for a year and a half, working in sales. I enjoy meeting new people, hanging out with friends, checking out good nightlife, exploring the city, and trying out cafes and restaurants. I'm a pretty social guy, so I’m looking to live with someone who’s similar in that way and is cool with having people over.
