Sharing my living room

Hey team! I live in a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment in Manhattan, New York, and I am looking for a flatmate offering my living room for the next 2 months - May 1 through July 7 - until my partner returns. I acknowledge this is a niche proposal that probably serves folks who are generally comfortable with flatmates and are looking to maximize location while minimizing housing expenditure. Open to any lengths of stay that serve your purpose.
Address is 445 East 14th St - right in front of the L line, 10-min walk to Union Square, right in front of Trader Joes and Target.
The apartment has very new finishes and appliances. Living room has AC and building-centralized heating. Fully furnished kitchen and living room as seen in the video. Desk for remote work. The mattress for the living room (a. k.a. yours) is a Milliard queen-sized, memory foam and comfy including for long stays. Apartment is quiet (7th floor, overlooks trees, outdoor gym and a dog playground and no streets or avenues), and spacious - 750 sq. feet. Laundry in building.
Looking for someone tidy and clean who is considerate of my belongings and each other's space and comfortable and happy with flatmates. My routine is such that I mostly just sleep at home and am out for the rest and not using the living room space and that's why I'm resorting to making this offer (I'm working from my office Mon-Fri). I have lived for 2 years with up to 4 people in the same room at once and it's second nature for me to be remarkably considerate. Open to you setting the guidelines and rules, so that the housing serves your purpose, needs and preferences. I have a living room flatmate now and can connect you so that you can talk to her.
Price would be $1,700 for the whole month, and for short stays pro-rated to the number of days. I'll take care of all utilities: heating, AC, electricity, internet, gas. Stuytown charges $165 for background check, it is a one-time charge before you move in.
