Half room in the East Village!

Hello! This is a bit of a strange setup I know, but I'm looking for someone to replace me as a roommate (sublet May until August, then renew if you want).
This is a half room, so you share with someone else (like a dorm), its an uncommon thing but the location is pretty amazing for the price. There is room for a twin bed and a desk, there's also a closet. Very high ceilings and big windows facing the street!
Currently we are 3 roommates, all students (other roommate has her own room).
The apartment is steps away from the Astor Place 6, 8 St NYU N/R/Q/W, and 10 mins from the 2nd Ave F. A block away from St Marks. Also a 10 min walk from Union Square, Washington Square, and Tompkins Square.
It is also steps away from The Cooper Union!
The location is amazing and I would stay if I could :)
Current roommates are very quiet, considerate, artsy folks. Looking for someone in the same realm, ideally under 25 and a student too (but don't be afraid to reach out!!)
Not furnished but very happy to give my twin bedframe for free :)
Please excuse my thousands of knickknacks lol.
Also this is a 3 floor walkup !!
