Beautiful 1-bedroom in the East Village up for a flexible rental--great for singles, couples or small groups! The apartment is available from late October/early November.
In addition to its fantastic location in one of New York's liveliest (and best!) neighborhoods, the apartment has tons of light and storage, exposed brick and high ceilings, making it a perfect base to live in the city. The space is quiet, even in the middle of the East Village--craziness! You'll have access everything except for some space in one closet, where I will store my clothes. However, there is another large closet available. Also, I should note that there is no TV (though wifi is obviously available and included in the rent).
The amount of good restaurants, bars and cafes in the neighborhood is hard to overstate, and I love giving recommendations, so just let me know, and I'll open the floodgates!
Please note that this is a six-story walk-up! The good news is that you'll be earning all of those calories from great East Village restaurants :)
