I'm looking for a roommate either male or female to move into my apartment starting September 2023 (but need to know by end of June 2023 to keep my same rent prices). The apartment comes with a private roof deck and 2 bathrooms. I have my own bathroom so the second one would be yours. It’s located on 13th St between 2nd and 3rd Avenue right by Union Square. It’s overall a pretty great location and I love living here. Your rent (utilities included) would come out to $3250 a month. You’re paying for a prime location with an expansive roof with a view of the Empire State Building which is a pretty phenomenal deal given the current market. The unit also includes: washer/dryer and a dishwasher.
