Room with walk-in closet - near Central Park

Im looking to rent just 1 room furnished room in my 3 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment.
The place is big and has a giant private yard.
The building has an elevator, which is great because there is a huge roof deck that shared for the building and hardly used.
The building also has a laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers.
Located 4 blocks away from Central Park, across the street from a local park and walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores.

The room has a spacious walk-in closet and is furnished with a queen size bed (bed sheets incl.), a desk and a chair. My awesome roommate is moving abroad, and I'm searching for someone to fill in the space asap.
Ideal move-in is April 15th, 2024, but I'm flexible. Long term or short term. The only requirements are that you are organized, will keep common spaces clean, and that you manage your bills responsibly. Guests are welcome, but I prefer that you don't bring the party home.

Nearby trains Q and 6 (96St Station).
