Rent for this specific room (the largest room in the unit) is $1500; this room has a walk-in closet, and a south facing and Balcony view of Monhattan, and can fit a king size bed! It is significantly the largest room in the unit.

Looking for someone in their 20’s or 30’s who is respectful, cleans up after themselves, effectively communicates, and wants to be roommates!! I consider myself to be pretty chill and laid back. I moved into this apartment in August of 2022, and have fallen in love with this place- as it has been such an ideal apartment and location with a reasonable rent, amazing access to public transportation, stores, parks and food, and it genuinely feels like this neighborhood has felt like such a kind, welcoming and supportive community.
