Rare Chelsea Find in #1 Location in NYC

Hey gals!

We have a cute, clean, fully furnished room in the most highly sought after area in Manhattan with 2 fun gals at $2500/month everything included - meaning there will be no additional charges for utilities. Also, we are not requiring a broker’s fee contribution or deposit for the right gal. It’s a perfect safe space for a gal looking to live in the #1 location in the city!

My roomie and I are looking for someone to sublease 1 of the rooms in our super cozy 3 bedroom Chelsea apartment for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 8 months (negotiable for the right fit 😊). The room will be empty as of 5/1 as one of us is spending a year in the UK. It’s full-sized bedroom with a bed that is only about a year old, closet with quite a bit of space, lamp, and mirror. The apartment is beautifully furnished and we have hosted some fabulous dinners in our home. Our home is on 18th and 8th, which is absolutely the best location in Manhattan. We are a 3 min walk from the Chelsea Market and steps to so many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, etc. in Chelsea, Meatpacking, and West Village. It is the perfect safe space for a gal needing a great place without the hassle of a broker’s fee, applications, roommate finding, etc. We are super nice girls who love to walk around all of Manhattan, eat at all the restaurants, and also hang out at home. We are basically NY’s best tour guides and we love making friends 🤪.

We are looking to fill the room as early as April 1st! But we are very flexible and chill, so we are open to suggestions/questions.
